ØSWPH Twin Screw Extruder is mainly applied on floating, sinking and slow sinking aquafeed production, pet food production. The composition of screws is adjustable according to the character of feed. The machine can produce consistently and stably 0.8mm and 1.0 mm pellets.
ØHighly automatic control with intelligent modules, which reduces instability of capacity and inconsistency of product quality.
ØSpecial design of screw structure and geometric thread machine can maximize cutting force and mechanical kneading effect. Material is gelatinized and extruded completely and capacity is increased 15-20% more than before.
ØFour Shafts parallel transmission technology is adopted in gear box with high transmission efficiency. Gear box is made of high-strength alloy wear-resistance material, which can continuously work at least 75,000 hours in a stable and reliable manner.
ØFeed for special breeds aquatic can be produced through vacuum exhaust system that produces floating feed with density of 360~460g/cm³ and fast sinking feed with density of 620~720g/cm³. Moreover, this series can produce sophisticated sinking pellet such as penaeus monodon feed with advantages including 100% sinking rate, easy digestion, good water resistance and favorable appearance.
