Pneumatic conveying system

ØPneumatic conveying system is a device that uses air flow to transport materials (powder and particle) in the pipeline. It has the advantages of low pollution, no dust, no accumulated material residue, low breakage rate of particle conveying, and short conveying time. It has been widely used in power generation, chemical industry, food, feed and other industries with remarkable results.


ØThe pneumatic conveying system equipment produced by our company is a dense phase, medium and high pressure, medium and low speed, batch conveying system. It can be configured according to different material characteristics, such as powder or granular materials, and the equipment also needs to be configured according to the quantity of materials conveyed and the equipment layout and distance.


ØThe whole set of equipment is made of 304 stainless steel or carbon steel, and the elbow is easily worn with ceramic lining, which is corrosion resistant, wear-resistant, and has a long service life. It can be operated without impact whether installed indoors or outdoors.

      HXPDD is a positive pressure conveying system, which is a dense phase, high pressure, low speed, batch or continuous conveying system. For medium and long distance transmission, the transmission distance can reach 50 – 1500 m. It is used to transport any material with any particle size and density, and can prevent the damage of granular materials. Typical transmission speed is 0.5 – 10 m/s and transmission pressure is 1 – 6 bar.

      HXPDC is a positive pressure conveying system, which is a dense phase, high pressure, low speed, batch or continuous conveying system. For medium and long distance transmission, the transmission distance can reach 50 – 2500 m. It is used to transport any material with any particle size and density, and can prevent the damage of granular materials. Typical transmission speed is 0.5 – 10 m/s and transmission pressure is 1 – 6 bar.

      HXPDV is a negative pressure conveying system with dense phase, low speed and batch conveying. For medium and short distance transmission, the transmission distance can reach 10 – 30 m. It is used to transport any material with any particle size, medium and low density, and can prevent the damage of granular materials. The typical transmission speed is 0.5 – 4 m/s, and the vacuum degree can reach 200 mmbar.
